Madison Women Climbers (MWC) is an informal organization of women of all climbing abilities, levels of experience, and interests in climbing (rock, gym, bouldering, trad, etc). We support women (cis and transgender), femmes, and non-binary or gender non-conforming folks who feel comfortable in spaces that center around the experiences of women. MWC was organized by women to get more women involved in climbing and to provide a forum for climbers of all ages and abilities to continue to climb, train, and, of course, have fun together. MWC is not a certified or insured instructional service. We do, however, draw on each other's skills, and encourage the mentoring of less experienced climbers. MWC is a great place to meet active women and have fun climbing!
